I recently got my downstairs flooring replaced including my laundry room.Alec did a great job in salesmanship for Floors for Living by coming out to my house and doing the complete measurements and scheduling the work to be done without any issues. And lastly gave me a great price too. Im a 3 time returning customer for Floors for living and a satisfied customer. It was a pleasure meeting you Alec and thank you for a job well done.

Ranferi Ramirez and his buddy came over and did our flooring. I had it over the Costco plan. I had a very bad with another floor technician before so I was cautious. However Randeri made my day. He worked hard, professionally, and very punctually. His English might a bit be limited but it didn’t matter since he’s very friendly and helpful. I would give Ranferi 6 stars if I could. I think this company is a good company because they hire such a good technician.

This is the second time we have used MFA, and we are pleased with the results. We transitioned from laminate flooring to porcelain tile due to water damage. I was not prepared for the mess and chaos, but this was due to my inexperience with home renovations. Thankyou Jim for a sound estimate. Thank you, Milan and co-worker for keeping my home as clean as possible both inside and out. After we recover should we decide to tile the back part of the house I only want to work with this crew. My floors are lovely ... thank you Milan.

This company does installation for Costco. This is my first negative experience through Costco. The sales rep quoted and said "price is changing right away, but I'm not trying to apply pressure". We got competitive bid from another company and the difference was thousands of dollars more, but the Costco credits made it about $3000 difference (this was the higher bid). We decided to go ahead with it, only to find out 1 room was left off compared with the competitor. Additional cost by My Flooring America is another $3000. Feels like a pressured bait and switch. Carpet contractor also did a poor job - scratching up walls and not even trying to match where going to the other flooring - they put the carpet UNDER the other flooring. If I could give zero or negative stars, that would be my rating. I ordered my carpet using my Costco account August 2024. They installed half of it March 2025. The seams in all the rooms were SO UGLY ! They came out, saw it themselves and agreed. They said seams on the type carpet I chose always look bad. Why didn’t the sales person, Wendy, tell me that when I was trying to decide ? They left half of the roll of new carpet in our garage making it difficult to get to our cars. So I selected a new type carpet. It is now October 2025. I have left numerous messages asking to be called back to schedule installation of the new carpet selection.
