We recently had an issue with our water heater where the gas flow seemed to be surging. I called the installer, Klooz Plumbing, who diagnosed the issue after changing out several parts to the flue. Klooz called the installer of the flue vent system, My Guys Plumbing, Heating, and Air. The My Guys plumber, Greg, came out within an hour and determined that the flue piping in the attic was improperly angled. Within a couple of hours, the problem was solved. Greg did a professional job, working with the Klooz personnel to ensure our issue was fixed and cleaning up afterward. Thank you to My Guys for their prompt attention. We sincerely appreciate it! (Work was done under warranty).

We had to replace our A/C and Furnace. From start to finish we couldn't have chosen a better company. Kelly was amazing to deal with. She got us lined up and was amazing to deal with. Doug and his crew came out and went above and beyond their scope of work. We are so happy with job they did. Everything is working and looks great. We will be using them from now. They have a life long customer here. Great job My Guys.

Doug and his crew did a great job on a complete HVAC replacement. Everyone on-site worked hard and efficiently. Over the span of two days they removed an old AC and one of the biggest dual fuel furnaces I have ever seen, and installed a brand new system. I am very pleased with the work done.

Great service-was able to squeeze us in after a long hot spell on a Friday so we didn’t have to go the weekend without AC. Kelly is very sweet-promptly returned my call and got a tech out right away. Issue wasn’t quite fixed-tech came back out and didn’t leave til the job was done. Kelly followed up at 7pm on a Friday evening! Great company-highly recommend! Local is better-these guys care about the customer and their quality work speaks for itself 🙂

Thank you to Kelly and Greg! A downed tree resulted in a power surge to our geothermal unit, and we went without AC in the hottest time of the year. Kelly was on top of ordering the needed part and called us as soon as the part arrived to get Greg to our house for the install. Thank you to Greg for the care and thorough repairs. We are up and running now to be cool the rest of the summer. Highly recommend for all future HVAC issues!!
