My Heating & Air Guy installed new Maytag heat pump Jan. 2014. Signed up for maintenance agreement. Hi Darius issues with the system the first year nothing too alarming. When it was time to renew my maintenance contract Jeff never showed up for the appointment never returned any of my 5 calls or emails. I found a new and reliable contractor to take over my maintenance at which time I was informed that my install was not done properly and now 4 years after having the system installed I have been informed it's not even the right size for my house. Last night the system froze up again and today hottest day of the year hundred and five heat index we have no AC until our new people can get here this evening again to try to fix somebody else's screw up. My compressor blew and I bought a new compressor for my 410 unit through Jeff Myers in summer 2017. His crew installed it and my system still wouldn’t work. I hired two other companies to come out and they could not figure out what was going on. After hours of additional labor and money, the last HVAC company that came out finally realized that Jeff installed a compressor for a R-22 unit, which I don’t even have. I’m out $2,200 because they tried to rig up my system with the wrong compressor. Jeff is a crook and refuses to awknowledge what they’ve done. We’ve gone the entire summer 2017 and 2018 with no AC trying to get this all figured out. I now have to purchase a brand new system.

Mr Meyers said it would be $2200 to repair our roof, then needed to repair more wood, and "needed to do a new roof" gave the man several grand, took our money and left us with a 3x4 foot opening in our roof with a little tarp partially covering our roof, ghosted us, lots of damage. Save yourself, run from this guy
