The copy vehicle key service from My Locksmith Indianapolis was a complete letdown. The key they provided felt cheap and broke within a month of use. It's clear they use low-quality materials, and their products are not built to last. I'm now out the money and still need a reliable spare key.

Excellent service! They programmed a couple of key fobs for my son’s car and cut new emergency keys for it. They were very friendly and communicated what the process would be as well as cost for each. Will be recommending them to anyone needing a locksmith!

I called My Locksmith Indianapolis to copy building keys, and the process was incredibly frustrating. The keys they made didn't work consistently, leading to multiple trips back to their shop. Each time, they acted as if it was my fault, rather than acknowledging their poor craftsmanship. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, and I'm still dealing with faulty keys.

Great service! My wife locked herself out of her car with it running and he was there within 20 minutes and had our ford expedition door open in less than 5 minutes. While he was there I had him program a key for my mustang which he did very fast, and on the spot. Great guy to work with!

I called Igor at my locksmith Indianapolis about a keyfob programming. My car only came with one key. 25 minutes later he met me in the parking lot of the community center, where I was located, and he programmed my fob and cut a key in 10 minutes. Super helpful and nice guy. I’ll use them again if I need to.
