My Pest Pros

Week 1: First impressions after the first visit. Very professional and knowledgable, explained the plan and got right to work. I will continue to update this review as the service continues. Week 2: Activity continues to decline Week 3: Activity continues to decline and I'm pretty happy Week 4: Rodent activity has increased and after lots of research the treatment is pretty standard across this industry. Set traps, set bait stations, close entry ways, wait.. I have spent at least $1000 closing entry holes and purchasing door sweeps (on my own valition) only to find rodents chewing through them. I don't blame My Pest Pros for this increase, but I'm wondering now what this vendor does different than any other

James did a thorough job today of caring for our exterior and assessing for signs of pests. We started hiring Pest Pros about 4 years ago when we bought this home and found a roach infestation problem the sellers of course did not disclose. With each treatment the problem got noticeably better. It has now been over a year since I’ve seen a single one. They now only treat the exterior to maintain and it seems to be enough. Everyone we’ve met at Pest Pros has been kind and professional and we would recommend.

Everyone I spoke to was very kind and knowledgeable, and my mouse problem has been resolved. I am very grateful for that. But in my opinion, this service is over-priced. I paid $600 for four visits, and each visit was fairly short and not particularly comprehensive. For that price, I had expected that they would address the mouse nests and the damage they caused, but that is not part of this service. They walked the site inside and out, looked for entry points, and put poison, sticky traps, and snap traps. Again, that was helpful, and the technicians were great. But I recommend saving the money and just taking care of it yourself unless you're very squeamish. I could have saved myself $500 with a shopping spree at Home Depot.

The company service was great! We called them and they came that same day! They come out weekly to check and replace along eith discard any traps set. The price for all the work done is for as well. And the gentleman that came oit each time for us was a blessing as he was a saint and told us what was happening and what he did each time he came out.

So far so good. Had our first of 4 weekly rodent treatments today and Antoine (sp?) was super friendly, on time, and thorough. Explained everything and showed me what he was doing along the way.
