My Repair Center

I had a very pleasant experience with My Repair Center. I had an issue with my washing machine. Esteban came by and replaced a part and got my washing machine working. All in all I would recommend My Repair Center to anyone that needs help with any of their appliances.

Miguel/ American TV & Electronics came to repair my Amana Top Loader washer -he was quick, efficient, courteous & knowledgeable! Also, Miguel arrived EXACTLY during the timeframe I was given by Mr Joe this morning!!! Excellent customer service, AGAIN 👏 ***My only feedback is the turnaround timeframe in waiting. This took almost 1mth from initial service call w/ Lalo (who also gave STELLAR service ) until today's 10min repair! Joe Garza was updating me throughout the month but why I didn't completely lose my s!*t was the fact I was given FedEx tracking # on this long awaited part. Thanks for this, Joe- it truly helped de-escalate me 👍 Thanks a bunch, guys!!! Lalo, Miguel, Jeremiah & Mr Joe!

Balde came out to take a look at our refrigerator and was great to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on in a way that made sense. He was punctual and respectful of our home, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend this company based on our experience with Balde.

Lalo from American AC & Heating came to my home to fix my refrigerator. He was very professional and explained the situation very clearly. If I could have other technicians do half as well as he did.I would be entirely happy. He fixed the problem quickly and offered other services.If we ever need them.
