We got a complete HVAC system replaced in our home yesterday. Alex, the owner, was wonderful with communication and scheduled the install very quickly. The team was amazing! They worked efficiently. They were personable, kind, and polite. They left the house as clean as they found it and took extra care to ensure there was no damage to property. We talked to at least 6 different HVAC companies for estimates prior to choosing My Three Sons. My Three Sons was very competitive in price and offered the best warrantee coverage. Ben came out early and did a diagnostic on my HVAC unit that is in a two year old house. He was extremely through and found several things my inspector had missed during our pre close inspection 8 months ago. Thanks to Ben’s thoroughness and expertise he was able to remedy some issues that could have manifested into major problems. I appreciate Ben and My Three Sons promptly coming out. We had an amazing experience with 3 sons! Our heat went out on the coldest day of the year and on a Sunday and they were still able to get here and diagnosis the issue. When Wilton came back to fix it he also found that a wire was unplugged and probably has been since we moved into our house 5 years ago! I can’t say enough good things about his service, professionalism and the fact that he went above and beyond to figure out what else needed to be done. I would recommend this company and Wilton to anyone that needed hvac services. I also want to commend our first tech who came out and set up the system so the heat would work while he ordered the part. Both techs were awesome. Do not hesitate to call 3 guys! My Three Sons replaced all of the duct work in our home with expertise and laudable efficiency. Alex completed our initial assessment and explained the concerns with the original ductwork deteriorating over time, as well as, our remediation options, the process, and costs very clearly.
