Sloan Appliance Repair

I waited for 3 weeks to get someone to look at my new frig, in which the ice maker was not working. A few other companies never showed. I finally got scheduled with Sloan Appliance Repair. Michael was the tech. Within one minute he knew that my issue was a know defect. He is ordering the part and will be back to fix, which is covered under warranty. I was very happy with his professionalism, cleanliness and kindness.

I had Sloan come out to work on my dishwasher after another company failed to fix the issue. I got on the schedule quickly and the technician arrived right on time. Grant was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the issue and came back later to replace the needed parts. It was a great experience and I could not recommend Sloan more.

Michael was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. During his first visit, he quickly diagnosed the issue with our Samsung washing machine and explained everything clearly. He ordered the necessary parts and returned about two weeks later to complete the repair. The actual repair took less than 30 minutes, and everything has been working perfectly since.
