Myers Flooring

I used Myers a few years ago when I wanted a stair runner in my last house. They were super quick, and very nice and reasonably priced. I just moved and wanted another stair runner so I called Myers. Every single person I spoke to other than Tony was rude to me. They were not only hard to get on the phone, no one would ever call me back. After they came out to look at my stairs once again I never got a call back. I called and a man named Phillip basically told me that “we don’t do stair runners on LVP” and acted like I was beneath them since I didn’t have real hardwood flooring in my home. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and will never call them again for literally anything. Do not work with this company!!

I cannot say enough about Myers Flooring. We had a custom runner installed on our stairs, and could not be happier with it. They are fairly priced, and the staff was wonderful to work with. Phillip was great. If you’re looking for a new area rug, I would also check them out. I love that you can take them home and try them in your space. They also sewed an anti slip rubber backing onto the bottom of one of my vintage rugs. Myers will take care of all of your rug & carpet needs!

Absolutely the very best selection, price range, prep work and installation from where we have ever purchased carpeting. Most important was working with our salesman Rene over many visits and planning, his patience and expertise helped us greatly narrow down hundreds of choices so we could select the very best but within our budget in mind .

Fantastic experience from selection to install. Hillary listened to our wish list, pulled all possible choices and explained the differences. Color samples arrived quickly and communications were prompt. She is excellent. Then, the scheduled installation took place efficiently and with quality. The installers were prompt and took care with our furniture and pains with our installation. They cleaned after the old carpet was removed and cleaned after the new carpet was installed. Myers listened and responded in every way. The cost was itemized and there were no hidden fees. This is what a quality business looks like.

I'm so glad we decided to go with Myers for our carpet! Everyone we worked with here were professional, kind and helpful. Hilary was so great at understanding our needs and making sure we stayed within our budget. She was so helpful and met with us multiple times giving us her honest knowledgable opinion. The installers were amazing as well, paying close attention to detail to ensure the finished product was perfect! Will be recommending them to everyone in the future. Thank you!
