Myer's Garage Door Company

I called three times to schedule service. Was told they would be back with me within the week, after checking with their "scheduler service". They never returned my call, despite calling back twice, with the same response. The third call resulted in an offer to come the following week. I chose not to use their service. I had two other offers to come sooner.

I contacted Myer's Garage door company to replace an old residential garage door opener. After the new installation was completed I was not satisfied. I contacted Myer's GDC with my complaint. In response Myer's GDC asked for pictures of the problem, discussed a solution and the installer returned a second time. I was initially skeptical and a little aggravated but he quickly resolved my concerns. I am now very pleased. All of the employees I spoke with were professional and helpful. My expectations were met.

I’m down helping my parents out with some house work, etc. The landlord called out Myers because I noticed a spring was broken and the garage door wouldn’t open. Brian is who came out and worked on the door. He was finished within 30-45 minutes. Door works great and Brian was extremely kind, communicated well and cleaned up after himself. Really appreciated the work he did. Would recommend sending Brian out to anybody and trust that you’re getting not only quality work but that he’ll create new customers for the business.

I had to have my garage door updated from the old model. The lady I spoke with over the phone was very nice and got the scheduling all set up. The guys came out and got my parts wrote out for everything I needed. So once it was scheduled, the guy came out on time and did a kick ass job of installing the springs, new motor and everything. I highly recommend this company if you are needing a repair or update! Price was really reasonable too.

Awful, I called for 2 new garage doors complete installation and the lady answering phone laughing And telling me they’re too busy backed up for work. 6 weeks, which is about norm for any doors, windows siding...I completely understand everybody needs patience during this pandemic, but to just blatantly tell me now we’re not looking for work obviously the company is way too big for the little guy. I would update your website to say we’re too big to help you and to backed up. Complete failure in customer service.
