I used MyHome Builders for my home addition, which included a formal dining room, two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and an extended two-story living room. From planning through completion, the overall process was smooth. The pricing was reasonable, and the project was completed on time. Joe helped us navigate through this complex journey with less stress. There were a few challenges along the way. At times, coordination between teams—such as electrical, mechanical, and flooring—could have been better. Additionally, more advance notice before certain activities like demolition would have helped us prepare. Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive, and we are satisfied with the final outcome.

Joe made the whole construction process of our Sun Room much less stressful than we expected. Communication was clear and consistent, he answered all our questions, and any concerns were addressed quickly. His team was professional, tidy, and delivered a high-quality result that matched the quote and timeline. Approvals with HOA and City, Design & Drawings were managed with a lot of ease and smooth for us. Overall a very professional and high quality experience.

MyHome Builders, led by Joe and his team, did an outstanding job on our two-floor residential addition, totaling approximately 650 square feet. The project included a beautiful sunroom on the first floor, a versatile second floor featuring a library on one side and a wet bar with a sink on the other, and a well-designed 325-square-foot finished crawl space with windows and an access door for storage. The crawl space has been especially useful for storing plants during the winter, providing a protected and well-lit environment. The addition was seamlessly connected to the existing house with 6-foot-wide doors on both the first and second floors, ensuring a smooth and natural transition between spaces.
