Horrible, Avoid these bums like the plague. Like many other reviewers, I bought appliance at Costco. Oakes was supposed to do the install, but never did. Many excuses, no action. I finally got approval from Costco to hire my own installer and got credit for the installation. Costco needs to get rid of this install company as they are worthless.

I have used Oakes Plumbing on three different occasions, and have had a great experience with them each time. Their service is thorough and courteous, and at a very reasonable price. I recently needed to have my water heater replaced, and Oakes Plumbing was able to take care of the job within 24 hours of my call. In conducting the research, their price (including installation) was about the same as if I decided to install it myself. I highly recommend using Oakes, and will continue to use their services going forward.

Oakes did an awesome job installing newnand hauling my old oven. Came the same day as the delivery from Costco and responded promptly to my email when I notified him the night before arrival. Thanks for making the exchange easy!

Avoid this business at all costs. Oakes was subcontracted to install a washer and broke my sump pump in the process. Lied and avoided reimbursing me for the replacement of it. took me over 10 weeks and 15+ phone calls to get paid and in the end, Sears is the one who actually reimbursed me not Oakes. Worst experience I have ever had with a business.

So many calls, so many texts, keeps saying they will show up and they never do. We have this booked through Costco for an install and their business is pathetic. Do NOT USE THEM!!
