So glad I hired Nagen Plumbing! After years of ineffectual handyman "repairs," they got to the root of several drain issues. Appropriately cautious in dealing with ancient plumbing in sub-zero weather. Also responsive, polite and helpful.

Excellent response time and service from Nagen plumbing. We had two problem valves in our bathroom. Sergen quickly diagnosed the problems and quickly replaced the valves at a fair price. He patiently explained each step of his diagnosis and repairs. Highly recommended!

Sergen and his team are the absolute best - They have repaired and installed essentially all of our plumbing in a very large, very old home, each time showing up right away in emergency situations and on time for more planned work. They carefully understand our request, give sound, thoughtful advice, and then stay until the project is complete. They work quickly, leave no mess, and their problem-solving skills are remarkable, especially when working with plumbing that is 100+ years old...Not to mention that Sergen is just a lovely person and a pleasure to interact with.
