Nagl is the absolute BEST! I've been meaning to write a review for quite some time as they absolutely deserve the recognition. Awhile back I had a nightmare scenario happen with Home Depot where they overpromised, demolished my floors and left me hanging saying they couldn't complete the project. I have two small children, ages 2 and 4, and my wife and I were in such a panic. I called Nagl on a Friday afternoon and Boston came right out that same day, 30 minutes later, and I instantly knew he was the right person for the job. Mind blown by this company. Absolutely perfect. Highly skilled tradesmen did a really quality job. Cleaned up very well. Communicated very well. All done in a quick timeframe. This was the kind of contractor job a customer hopes for. We had a kitchen counter and tile job and flooring in bathroom and laundry. Nagl flooring was absolutely fantastic to work with! We hired them to lay LPV in our laundry room. Boston made the bid and scheduling process easy, and Gilberto’s installation was truly perfect. I was so appreciative of his attention to detail. I wasn’t present during the installation process and discovered afterwards that the material was laid in a different direction than we expected. It wasn’t wrong by any means…just not what we had pictured. It wasn’t Nagl’s fault, as we had not communicated our preferences before installation. When I shared this with Boston, he immediately offered to change it, if we wanted. We lived with it for a week to see if we would get used to it, but our original vision was still in our heads. We had 1975 vinyl that needed to be replaced. My partner and I had a lot of difficulty choosing what we wanted to replace it with, with differing opinions of what would work. Boston worked with us and allowed me to take several samples home to try, as well as giving us recommendations as to what might work and what wouldn’t (without trying to upsell.) They have SO MANY things to choose from and while they’re a small family owned shop, they’re up to date on all the available products and installation techniques. We went with replacement sheet vinyl and the installer did a fantastic job, was on time every day and was very precise. We absolutely love the new floor and are very happy with the service we got from Boston, Gilberto and Nagl Flooring. We’ll definitely be back for our next project!
