Great experience with NW Restoration. My home (which is also where I run a small business from) flooded over the summer and it was an absolute nightmare. NW did an amazing job guiding me through the process, handling everything with my insurance, facilitating the various subcontractors, and took good care of me and my home bakery. My main point of contact Hunter R. was an absolute rockstar, who provided exceptional service and helped me with some really tricky scheduling conflicts. The situation sucked, but it would have been ten times more stressful if I didn’t have such a great team working to fix everything.

I highly recommend NW Restoration if you experience significant water damage as I did in my Beaverton home. Christian, our project manager, always kept lines of communication open with us, and his team was skilled beyond our expectations. Christian kept the process moving along without delay and his team treated our home with respect and care. It is obvious this company has extensive experience. Hire them, and you will not regret it!!

I can’t recommend Michael (and Spencer) highly enough! After our kitchen suffered water damage from burst sink pipes, he came in and completely turned the situation around. Michael was professional, reliable, and communicative throughout the entire restoration process. He helped coordinate everything, from assessing the damage to rebuilding cabinetry and restoring the kitchen to even better condition than before. His attention to detail and quality of work were outstanding. If you need a contractor you can trust to get the job done right, Michael is your guy.

Michael McCleskey was my project manager and took excellent care of me. He was so friendly and helpful. Once I decided to hire Northwest Restoration everything was done promptly and efficiently. I was very happy with the work Sergio did on the roof and the repairs that Joe did in my living room. I would definitely hire them again. I can’t imagine why I would ever use anyone else.
