My car went in the garage on 4/23/24 tuedsday around 4:39 pm, my dad went to pick up my car Thursday around 10:35 or so when he saw my car it had a dent on passenger side back door, he asked what happened and told him it wasnt inside the garage and told my dad that they didnt move my car after it got parked and promised him that it was parked. My phone lets me know when my car turns on and had a camera that alerted me when it got moved more then 2 times. But i have pictures before it got moved to the garage that day no signs of dent before going inside the garage. How are we dealing with this? My car was parked outside without no dent for 3 months and all of a sudden it has a dent. Someone communicate with me of what next step is. I've been using this parking spot for years and I have 0 complaints. Their services are great, and the staff are super friendly!

Purchased on Spot hero app and entered my car info and it said no oversize fee would be charged. The listing also said crossovers are not assessed an oversize fee. When I go to pay and show my code to the attendent he informs me that I have to pay an oversize fee. It's a scam to get you into the garage at a lower price to then charge you extra once you come get your car. I will never use this garage again.

This is the most trusting parking garage there is! I left my car here for 3 months for an outstanding price and found it in better condition than I had originally left it in - they work magic! Great prices, courteous staff and above all extreme professionalism is exhibited throughout this garage - from the cleanliness to the most minute details you coukd think of. Certainly, highly recommended!

I went to park my car a few weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon and the attendant was very rude and unattentive. Please pay attention to customer service. If you do not like a job just quit.
