Nail Heating & Air Conditioning

I have been a Nail customer about 20 years. They are absolutely the best. Recently we had a new technician provide an entire day of system maintenance and update. The young man’s name is Sebastian and he is exception. Very professional, competent, pleasant, and knows his AC/Heating. An excellent representative of Nail and the industry. Our usual and long time technician was Tracy who we just loved as our representative. Sebastian is now also providing the services and he is excellent in every respect in his on right and knows the business just as Tracy. Thank You Nail for such superior service over the years. During this extreme cold, our thermostat stopped working, and even though Nail Heating and Air was very busy, they fit us in the same day. Hunter came out, quickly diagnosed the issue, and already had the needed part on his truck. He fixed it right away, checked everything else, and had us warm and comfortable in no time. Outstanding service—we couldn’t have asked for better!
