Nail'd It Handyman

I met Yuri and his company through my hone warranty company. He has assisted us twice on two separate incidents. Yuri is a very kind man and went the extra mile on both jobs to resolve the issues. He arrived when he said he would and even completed a job later in the evening to get us back up and running. Thanks for the help

Was assigned this Handyman by my Home Warranty service. They were supposed to reach out to me within 48 hours and did not. I called the number provided to speak to Nail'd It Handyman myself, left a voicemail asking them to call me back regarding an appointment - and I still haven't heard from them. I've now asked for a new contractor to be assigned to my case due to lack of communication and failure to reach out to assigned clients to create an appointment. Update: Company wrote back to say they were waiting on information from our Home Warranty Company. This is false. I myself called and left a voicemail, the Home Warranty company called over the course of 2-3 days and "couldn't get in touch" with the company.

I was assigned this company by my warranty company. When he came out to assess the situation, I had high hopes that he knew what he was doing abd would do a good job. I was wrong. He rushed the job, broke off the tab where the screws are and left my toilet unstable. He tried to say it was my floor. The toilet he replaced was stable and flushed to the floor! If it was slightly uneven, then he should have shimmed it to make it stable! Otherwise the seal underneath could break over time and leak. Now I have file an appeal to get done what should have been done in the first place! Don't people take pride in their work anymore? Update: Incorrect. You mentioned the flange needing replaced as you left. That was a separate job and I was not expecting you to do that. I'm talking about the way you

Am extremely happy with Yuriy's work on my garage. I had a truck smash into a portion of my door frame which pushed the support beam back 4 inches, ruined the metal skirting and ripped the drywall on the inside. Yuriy came out the day I called, had an estimate in several minutes, and then returned in a couple days and did the work. He replaced the aluminum, patched the drywall, and moved the support beam back into place. It took him very little time and the quality was excellent. I highly recommend Yuriy as he is a talented personable, professional guy.

Yuri was extremely professional and provided great service! He mounted all of our TV’s and put together our wireless sound system. I highly recommend his services! We plan on using him for all of our household needs.
