We hired Pete and Construction Concepts to replace an existing fence and gate, and add a portion of new fence for my grandmother in law. Pete was very friendly, and a pleasure to work with. His bid came under his competitors by a significant amount, and the quality of work was still top notch. They demo'd the old fence and hauled it away. While making sure to respect her yard, and keeping everything clean. Pete was excellent at communicating any issues that came up (which were minor), and kept the project within the budget he had quoted us for. Despite having to add a few more hours of labor, and the cost of a few extra materials. The finished results looks excellent, and she couldn't be happier with her new fence. Would definitely recommend.

We had Nailed It Construction Concepts do some drywall finishing in our kitchen and they are outstanding. First they are good people to work with. Pete and Grace went out of their way to minimize the dust and debris spreading throughout the house. They were great in communicating what they needed, what they were doing and when they'd be doing the work. They even texted when they were on their way. The quality of their work is outstanding. We did some serious demo to remove part of a wall and some unnecessary soffit and their repair work looks great, totally seamless. We are hiring them to paint the kitchen next and then more on the overall kitchen renovation. They also connected us with an electrician and a cabinet maker who offered great pricing as well.
