I can't thank you and your company enough for a job well done! This entire project has been long and tedious. We have had numerous issues with the various contractors that were hired along the way. Your estimate was fair, the materials were just what we ordered, the crew was polite and courteous, and Scott, the young man that performed the work on Saturday and Sunday, was incredible!! He worked extremely hard, never complained about the heat, cleaned up the job site each day and took an amazing amount of pride in his work. am sad to say I have to give this...... zero stars. The hardest thing for me is to write a bad review. If you look at my reviews most are stellar! I called this company for an estimate on my damaged fence from the tornado. The lady asked if I had my fence installed by this company. I advised no, she then asks me to send her pictures of the damage. I asked why she will not send someone out for an estimate. I advised her We had the trees removed from the fence, and we are ready to go. She says because alot of people just get their estimate, fix the fence themselves and keep the money! When I wanted a quote for my yard owner ask if I would measure it. I asked for two quotes. One for galvanized one for coated chained link. When I called they said she was with a customer and would call back when done. Then they said they need to come measure for me I told them no they needed it for them as I already called 811 and brought a sketch. I told them that they could come measure and it would be nice if they communicated better. At which time see said they were no longer interested and hung up on me.
