I never got my rug’s he told me he misplaced one of them and that he would look for it and call me back. I called several times. Most recently I was told that the business was sold. I am very disappointed .
Old school business at its best. Rich is very knowledgeable and friendly. How awesome is someone that writes up your receipt on a typewriter??
