Narragansett Improvement Co

Not aware that this company was blowing off a dirt filled parking lot next to my building in Davisville , with a huge compressor. I come out to my vehicles covered in thick layers of dust.lots of it. Mind you I had the vehicle detailed the day before. When I called to a supervisor, he said we can blow it off. Hey not the point pal. He apparently doesn't know what detail is or cost. Not like it wasn't already a poor air quality day. But to be so un aware of other around who would be effected by the reckless deeds show the amount of care and concern, which btw their own mission statement states. Left the minutes the lil guy upstairs started giving me attitude por costumer service this place is horrible !

Hit a uncovered sewer/manhole on a road being repaired by this company. Put in a claim and took months for a response. Kevin who is in charge of claims lied and said my damage was on the wrong side of my vehicle said he would not compensate me. I have a dash cam and pictures of the damage being on the correct side as well as emails of his incorrect determination. Also did not want me to ruin his 3 day vacation apparently and told me not to contact him during his getaway. Unprofessional and typical suck your tax money type business in my opion.

I've done business with Narragansett Improvement Co. many times being a national mass scale real estate commercial and residential developer,builder,owner being long time primary founder/owner of my Coastal Development Corporation and First Bristol Corporation. I have contracted a lot with Narragansett Improvement Company to do large size scale projects such as asphalt repair,underground water and sewer lines installed,paving,snow removal,etc. I have found they always do a great job,punctual on doing work and complete the contract usually weeks before the final day. They are a single family multiple generations business that owns a enormous amount of construction and asphalt paving equipment that can do any type of job. I would totally recommended them to any business or large size home

The stench is horrendous. I smell the toxic fumes multiple times a week, always in the early morning. Thus place needs to be moved away from the neighborhood. Thus is ridiculous to live near
