They spent several long hours at our home just before Christmas working to diagnose issues with both our refrigerator and freezer when they suddenly stopped cooling. While we ultimately do have to replace the freezer, they went above and beyond to help us fully understand the problem and explore every possible option before getting to that point. Their time, patience, and honesty truly meant a lot during a stressful situation. Highly recommend!

I found out in the morning my 6+ year old dryer stopped generating heat. I put clothes in the dryer and washer overnight. So, at that point, I had two loads of wet clothes. I called NashFix after receiving a recommendation from someone I know. They scheduled a same-day appointment. The technician, Eugene, arrived on time and fixed the dryer in about an hour. The heating element went out and was replaced. I was able to re-wash and dry both of those loads of clothes on the same day! Eugene did a great job. Getting an appliance fixed with same-day service is greatly appreciated! I would highly recommend using NashFix.
