I wish it was possible to give a negative star! They decided to cut my power six days before the due date. They are charging me to cut it back. I tried to dispute this with the manager Sergio, and he absolutely refused to waive the reconnection fee.
NES contracts tree cutters who trim way beyond need on personal property. They are paid by the limb, so they take advantage and way over-cut.
