He was able to come the next day after we spoke, kept me updated with texts about his progress as he went to get the new cover I needed, and installed the new cover quickly, which was a HUGE improvement from the original cover, which was so heavy and had become waterlogged. He also helped balance the water and left me with an assortment of chemicals. Awesome!

I highly recommend using the Franklin store if you’re in the market for a hot tub/spa. Our salesman, Christian, was extremely informative. He made the process very enjoyable, did not make us feel pressured to make a purchase, and helped us find the best fit for our needs and wants! We visited the showroom about a month ago, and have already received our Clarity Series Precision 7 hot tub. We sit in it daily and are very excited to utilize it in the coming months. Jarrett, the manager, also ensured we had a very pleasant experience. Can’t thank these guys enough!

So impressed with Justin from Franklin’s Nashville Hot Tub & Swim Spas. Our heater stopped working on our cedar hot tub and he was quick to respond, came out the same day to look at it, and had a part ordered and installed within a week. He was very straight forward with communication and cost, no extras or hidden fees. He was so knowledgeable and kind and I felt completely safe working with him. Buying a Master Spa from Nashville Hot Tubs and Swim Spas not only gave us a great spa to enjoy, but the customer service is amazing! We bought our spa in Murfreesboro and the staff there was so friendly and helpful. We were excited to learn that there is now a location in Franklin, Tennessee that makes it even more convenient for us. When you buy a spa from these locations, the sale does not end when you pay for it. If you ever have questions on maintenance, or products, these guys will give you detailed instructions and the confidence to maintain the spa. I highly recommend them!
