DOA was quick to come out to my home and investigate our mice problem. They shared some very helpful knowledge as this is our 1st time dealing with this issue, and they were able to install traps and bait in the necessary areas right away. Great experience overall and we plan to keep DOA on our contact list for any pest concerns in the future.

I messaged DOA on FB and received a reply within an hour. A tech was sent out the next day, which was a Saturday. The tech found gaps in our roof fascia which allowed rodents access, so a roofer they work with came by that afternoon and gave me a quote. Another employee came by and offered advice on a different area, and his solution would not cost us a cent. Every employee interaction was pleasant, thorough and helpful. The decision to work with them to rectify our pest issues was an easy one.
