I cannot say enough great things about Nason's! We stopped in for a new dishwasher and the staff was knowledgeable and offered suggestions based on our needs and wants. We absolutely LOVE the one we got and the delivery staff had great communication, were prompt, efficient and kind. We also purchased a combo washer / dyer unit (which is the greatest invention known to man) and couldn't be happier. THANK YOU Nasons! You have gained customers for life!

We have purchased all appliances here and love their service! Terri is amazing in sales to work with! So quick to respond and provide the right solution. When we had a dishwasher issue recently, their team took care of and provided a replacement on the same day! Not to mention their service team is phenomenal- thank you David!

Buyer beware! This company is great while they are trying to make sale but after that, this staff has been some of the most unprofessional and frustrating people to work with. Our fridge had a leak from the date of the installation. After much back and forth with Nasons on trying to have the appliance repaired, the company began ignoring all phone calls and emails. We ended up having to dispute the charge with the credit card company after Nasons refused to take any accountability for a faulty appliance that they sold. After the dispute was won with the credit card company, we received a very condescending email from a “manager” that solidified us never giving them business in the future. I would rather give my money to a big box store than work with this local business, which says a lot

We have been going to Nasons for years. We just love that they listen to what we want and their prices are competitive. Quick delivery. Ask for Kristin when you go there, because she will take very good care of you.

Ordered a dryer online, the one I ordered was out of stock so they upgraded me to a different, nicer model at no extra cost. The dryer was delivered and installed less than 24 hours after ordering, and they removed my old dryer. Friendly staff too!
