Had the parts I needed to fix my central air unit, but told me no returns on electrical items. Totally understand, but when I mentioned to him that if it's defective, I could get it replaced. He told me no....it's tested at the factory before it leaves.....so I said what if it gets damaged while shipping......still said no returns. Luckily, I had no problem.

Carol and her team are absolutely the best. Their staff is professional and efficient. I needed a new compressor on the hottest summer days where the weather was reaching over 90 degrees, and they gave us VIP treatment and ordered a unit within 24 hours and was installed the very next day. We also did some shopping around, and Carol's prices were unbeatable. Highly recommend, would 100% do business with again. Love these guys!

Excellent customer service, super helpful and very friendly! I will be recommending Carole and her very knowledgeable staff to everyone with HVAC needs. I called countless HVAC suppliers near me and no one had the part I needed; it was a very hard to find part for my furnace that went out - and it was cold. Nassau HVAC didn't have the part in stock, but went out of their way to track down the part from one of their suppliers and even kept the store open late on a Friday to accommodate me.
