Great experience with Nastar Roofing! My grandmother’s Cape Coral home was re roofed in 2017 by Nastar. In 2025, I called Nastar about some loose shingles and possible water intrusion on the flat roof as there was a “10 Year Warranty” on all work included with the roofing paperwork from 2017. Nastar sent their folks out to inspect, determined something was not sealed properly and fixed the issue free of charge (which included peeling up a portion of the flat roof, replacing plywood and re sealing). They did a thorough check of the rest of the roof and no issues. They could have easily told my grandmother to pound sand however they were extremely responsive, a pleasure to work with and were so willing to make things right. Hard to find nowadays! The Sales man Joe and the office staff all the way to the repair men was amazing to work with.
