Had a retaining wall, fence, drainage and sod projected and evaluated 6 bids before choosing Andres’ team. Within the first couple days of the project I knew I had made the right choice. I had an unfinished basement completed with Sanalu Renovations and Home Services LLC. The basement has been completed and the work was good. Just poor communication during the process. I decided to have them do epoxy flooring on my garage floor and the epoxy was not done correctly. The epoxy is damaged and I have been trying to get it repaired for months. It's been a complete headache and frustrating process to have damaged floors that I spent over $1,500 to have done. I've been contacting them for weeks but been ignored and no responses and received nothing but excuses. It's unfortunate that I will have to take legal action against them to receive my money back so I can get my floors repaired elsewhere. Please be aware if you decide to use this company.
