Our new A/C unit arrived on time and works great! The Owner of Natal is a very nice and caring person. His employees are very polite and respectful. They had our new unit installed within a few hours. We would recommend Natal to anyone who wants great service from a company that scares about your needs. It's nice to know there are still companies that have pride in their work and care about the people they are doing work for.
Rolin & Frankie were the best! They came late at night to diagnose the issue and replaced my entire AC unit (inside and out) the very next day! So professional and quick! I am so grateful because this is South Florida in October!!! 🥵
Service technician was prompt and efficient. However, the arm of attic access ladder was bent somehow during service and I will mist likely have to replace. Very disappointing.
