Natalie's Cleaning Service, LLC

I used Natalie’s to come and clean for my parents after my mom had surgery. I don’t live in town so I can’t get there regularly. I personally have had a house cleaner for years and know what a cleaning should look like. The person that came mopped the kitchen and vacuumed part of the house not the full house. My mom was too nice to say anything and just paid them the agreed price of $120. I feel like my parents didn’t get a cleaning and lost out on money. Natalie did say it wasn’t her that came to clean however this is her company so I feel like she should know how her cleaners work. It just wasn’t a good experience for them.

So today was the very first time that I've use Natalie's Cleaning Service. First off Natalie was on time which I loved. Lately my bronchitis has flared up and have resulted me to having to use a nebulizer. I thought that if I got a deep cleaning done to my home, I possibly could breathe a little better. I Googled cleaning services and stumbled upon Natalie's Cleaning Service. Friday prior to today, Natalie came out and did a walk through of my home and she gave me a quote, I must say that Natalie exceeded my expectations, she cleaned and dusted very well. She's very thorough, neat, responsive to any questions that I may have had. She used products that wasn't overbearing and smells great. I will definitely be using this service again and I would definitely recommend Natalie's Cleaning Ser
