Nate's Tree Service

Nate’s is a top tier, five star tree service. I’ve used them since 2002 and wouldn’t consider any other service. When I call, they are out to give me an estimate within 2-3 days and the work is always scheduled promptly. They always do a great job, never miss anything and leave my place immaculate. I’ve had a couple of emergencies (tree down in driveway or on fence) and they’ve been out same day. They even pulled a cat out of a tree for me! I can’t say enough good things about Nate’s!!!!!

BS Company!!!! Beware! Nates just showed up at my house and said they were with PG&E. Said they had to get onto our property. We have no trees around out power poles. Did not ASK just told us... BS. My husband told them to leave. Don't be scammed by this company. Do not allow any tree service on your property without prior notification by PG&E or unless you requested them. This company is a joke! Good thing we were home.

These guys are awesome they helped us in a Jam and shout out Jose Reyes and his crew getting it done fast and safe! The dispatch Summer got us connected quick as well! You guys rock

Excellent customer service with a skilled, hardworking crew. Nate's gave me a good price on my tree work. Over the years, I have used three other tree services and this was the best experience. They showed up a little early and ready to work. They deliver what they promised. There were 6 trees needing a trim. We have a beautiful large oak tree overhanging our parking area and deck. The crew trimmed it up thoughtfully. It's still as beautiful as ever even with the cuts made. The other five look great too. The crew checked in with me several times to make sure I was happy before moving on. They did a fine job cleaning up as well. I highly recommend giving them a call.

The worst. I have had 2 interactions with Nate's, both very unpleasant and leading to insurance claims. First they had a vegetation management inspector come on to mark trees unannounced (although my pge file clearly states 24 he notice due to dogs) for a voluntary fuel reduction project. I asked inspector to use flagging instead of paint because I would likely opt out of project but came home to 200+ permanently spray painted trees. Next, they were doing work on neighbors property and asked if they could access through my road. Their crews left trash everywhere, disregarded property lines I clearly informed them of cutting my trees in the process, and cracking the asphalt on my road with their equipment. Also, they were paid by pge for removal and cleanup and they left logs and brush st
