Pay station by the stairs had a low on memory error so I couldn't even use it. Tried multiple visa credit cards at one of the gates until I found one that worked. The machine gave me a receipt and then malfunctioned. I called on the box to report the problem and the person on the other side couldn't raise the arm (I've heard from a friend they can remotely raise it). Someone with a pass couldn't even get it to recognize it so I had to get their help at another gate (thank god, because the machine ate my ticket and I no longer had one). What the hell are we paying for in this garage?

I have received charges from the parking deck for days I have not used it. I'm going to file a complaint with my bank, but it's a shame that someone has hacked into the payment of the machine at the cyber center.

Safe and secure location for parking. They have a 15 minute grace policy before they charge you by the hour.
