I'm very pleased with the Job. The two installers were wonderful. Very professional. David made the whole process easy and hassle free. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs carpet work done!

Guidance on selecting flooring, specifying installation details, and scheduling was terrific. Installation was efficient, professional, and clean. The floor looks spectacular. Two minor problems: flooring was not installed under the Rinnai heater; bathroom door was not trimmed to fit new flooring. Thank you for first rate materials and work. We will definitely remommend you to others.

Exceptional customer service from inquiry through final installation. We worked with David Tessier, who was knowledgeable and patient while we worked through which style and look made the most sense for us. After David personally delivered our order, we realized we should have order LVT instead of laminate. It was a hassle-free exchange. Luckily, another customer wanted to buy our laminate order, so we saved on the restocking fee. David was a true professional from beginning to end. Most of all, we are very happy customers with the final product and service. The video attached to this review only shows about half of the finished basement. The other half already had personal items moved in, but exceptional outcome as well. Highly recommend this vendor and would work with David Tessier again
