My company has worked with National Flood & Fire for several years, and we’ve consistently had an exceptional experience across the many projects we’ve completed together. I can not recommend this company unfortunately. We had smoke and heat damaged that ruined our entire basement with all my son and wife’s thing in it. National Flood And Fire was very quick to get me to sign a contract with them. That contract never told me how much they were going to charge to clean up my property. It ended up costing me over $14,000. That amount was subtracted from my insurance coverage so my son and wife only got a check for $11,000 to replace over $34,000 worth of items. Then when it came to rebuilding my basement, I dealt with Michael Brady and he was A terrible communicator. We have worked with National Flood and Fire for many years. They are wonderful to work with when we have an emergency clean up needed. They are responsive, professional and do quality work!

We had our basement flood and worked with this company to get all of the repairs completed. They were efficient and friendly and made sure to be respectful of the kids, pets and all of the furniture we had to move and work around. We got everything taken care of in a matter of weeks and really want to shout out to Mike Hymas and Mike Espinoza for their patience and diligence in getting our house back to functional so quickly.

These guys provide slow poor quality work and don't own their mistakes. If you don't want to read the whole review just know to save your money and hire someone else because these guys are horrible. They took two months to get to the unacceptable "completion" of this work. It was supposed to start the first week of August and be completed by the 11th. Then they kept pushing the work back each week. They tried to texture the walls with unmatched texture and I had to have them come back to fix it but it still looks bad. They got paint and texture all over my 1 year old carpet my outlets, doors, closet doors, and window.
