Not a "sales-tech" (which is a good thing), he's a genuinely good guy! I originally called him out for a new system quote since I already had my furnace "diagnosed" by another company to be a total loss but instead he gave me a few things to try first, some tips/tricks on how to do them, and ultimately I was able to revive my old furnace for relatively cheap and it's working better than ever! You don't get this kind of service anymore, and he's certainly earned my top recommendation for anyone in the area.

I’ll admit, I was hesitant to write this review because, selfishly, I don’t want Chris to get so busy that I can’t get on his schedule! That said, I have to give credit where it’s due. Chris, the owner and main service provider at National Heating & Air Conditioning, is incredibly personable and always available. He recently installed a new furnace for me, walking me through the entire process and answering all my questions with honesty and thorough detail. What really stood out to me was how much Chris seemed to genuinely care about my situation. He went out of his way to make sure I got the fairest price possible without cutting corners. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy and dedicated in this line of work. I’ll absolutely be working with him again when it’s time to tackle my air

We had no heat in November! With covid, I was afraid everyone would say 3-4 days, several places did say tomorrow, National said they'd be a half hour because they were stopping to get the thermostat I wanted installed! Super friendly, professional, willing to leave another job site since that was unoccupied at the ti.e to race over here. They Charged me $200-$400 less than some of the others quoted. And installed higher end parts. I won't call anyone else, including the company that installed the furnace 5 years ago. Have already recommended them to 2 family members.

We’ve worked with Chris a handful of times both for minor repairs, and more significant projects. He’s always been professional, effective and fair. Thanks for all your help!

I highly recommend National Heating and Air Conditioning. Our furnace stopped working when the wind chill was below 0. Chris came out within an hour or so to fix it. He also gave us some advice about maintaining our furnace. I would call him again for help.
