Our experience with National Pools has been extremely disappointing. After a year and a half, our pool project is still not completed or approved by the township. The people they hired to finalize the work have repeatedly failed to finish the job, leaving us stuck with an unfinished project. We paid a significant amount of money for a fiberglass pool, expecting professional service and proper project management. Instead, what we received was poor communication, endless delays, and a complete lack of accountability. This has been one of the worst customer experiences we’ve ever had. Unfortunately, there’s not much we can do for ourselves at this point, but we hope others can learn from our mistake and avoid going through the same frustration. AMATEUR HOUR ALL DAY LONG! Regrettably, I went with National to replace my in-ground pool liner and replace some concrete decking. I signed a contract on May 5th and the liner wasn’t installed until the last week of July. It wasn’t easy getting ahold of someone in the Lawrenceville office and I left several messages for the owner who never returned any of my calls. When the liner was installed it wasn’t fitted properly so it bunches in the corner by the steps, the install crew cracked the trim piece around my steps that the liner sits behind and tried to cover it up before I noticed, I found trash shoved in one of the cracks, the concrete deck work they did looked terrible and a was a tripping hazard around my deep end, they used sheet metal screws to hold the coping in place which they th

My experience with National pools/spa @ Lawrenceville was good mainly because of the services provided by Vishal. His knowledge and availability helped me tremendously through the process of renovating our 35 year old plaster pool.

Carly Anne at National Pools in Lawrenceville is wonderful! She diagnosed the problem with my motor by listening to a video that I uploaded via social media. Then she had a crew out to my house the next business day. And they fixed the problem quickly. It was a great experience all around. I will use them again!

I recently hired National Pools and Spas, to replace my vinyl liner. I was absolutely thrilled with the technicians Louis, Cesar and Josue that were dispatched to my home. Louis and crew were clearly well trained in the replacement process and restoration of needed repairs. I can honestly say that this crew was the A-Team. I am so happy with the work performed. On time, very neat workers and a very high level of integrity and skill. I highly recommend National Pools and Spas for liner replacements. Well Done!
