After reviewing my Inspection report from National Property Inspections, NPI- Kent made every effort to accommodate the builder's timeline for closing, I am pleased as a townhome investment property buyer to feel confident that any tenants will be comfortable knowing that the home has been safely inspected. I feel good about recommending NPI to future home buyers. Another bonus, despite living in another state, Kent worked closely with my property manager, Vickie Barrett from Dazcon Properties to meet all expectations.
Broke 2 of my fire alarms and refused to come fix them. Left me with two chirping alarms that were fine before he got there. Refused to fix and receptionist on the phone was rude and didn’t help at all. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.
Kent provided a thorough home inspection and report same day. Great service and price.
