National Restoration Experts

Following a water loss at our home, Citizens Insurance assigned National Restoration Experts, Inc. to repair our home under Citizens’ Managed Repair Contractor Network Program. We also added some “betterment” items that we paid for from our own pocket, in addition to the insurance proceeds. The work that has been performed has been confirmed by Citizens’ “Contractor Connection” as substandard. This company performed work without acquiring the proper permits, including relocation of kitchen appliances, electrical wiring, and bathroom conversions. Their work left our home in hazardous conditions, and my family – including my one-year-old daughter – was exposed to live wiring. I found this company to be very professional and detailed with managing our kitchen rebuild. Gary was an excellent project manager and very helpful in recommending improvements. National Restoration Experts are just that, Experts at their jobs. House got flooded from the downpour on 11/26/25 in east Boca. Called them at 9 AM Monday, they showed up at 11 AM, started cutting drywall and the dry out process for 4 days. Very detailed taping up our household items rearranging and protecting our furniture, cleaned up very well every day. Douglas & Enrique did a great job. Thank you for your sense of urgency. WELL DONE!!!

I called National Restoration with an urgent call. I came home to find a busted pipe in my kitchen that flooded my kitchen and dining room. They were there in no time .They cleaned and restored both rooms and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend Joe Hernandez and his crew for any kind of restoration work whatsoever!!!
