We did not use this company for installation but did buy 30 in total double pane replacement windows for our apartment building. The windows are of an excellent quality. Any problem that we had they took care of immediately. Farnsworth Lumber in Shirley Ma is where we ordered these windows from and what brand of windows they recommend. Ken Farnsworth, the owner of Farnsworth Lumber, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. These are wonderful windows.

I have their Trust Guard windows in my whole house.Installed in 2012 before I moved in. The lumber yard that sold the windows is now out of business. So they won’t help me get new sashes 3 of which have lost the seal and are all fogged and terrible looking. I do not want anything for free just be able to re-purchase. Even though it does say transferable life time warranty. People who answered the phone blew me off cause I am out of area. Didn’t even ask my name. Didn’t seem to care just googled and number to a disconnected line and gave me that.

This is my fourth year in my new home with National Vinyl windows. I purchased 29 triple glazed windows and 3 double glaze windows from them. They were very affordable, very eco-friendly and I am extremely delighted with their performance. Yes I had a couple of minor issues with 2 of the windows, and when I had those issues they sent their repair guy out and he took care of them (seals on the outside made the closing process hard). Take a look at what the big box stores offer and charge for double glaze so-so windows and then get in touch with National Vinyl and ask about their triple glaze windows. FANTASTIC overall performance; insulation is solid both in cold winters and hot summer times, and noise reduction is terrific. You might pay a few bucks more for them compared to what Hom

Fran totally forgot about the replacement sash I needed. Then when the day came for it to be installed, it was the wrong size. All because Fran told me he had all of the info he needed from the picture of the tag I sent him. My wife and I are so disappointed with the whole process so far. It's a good thing Patrick knows what he's doing.

This was my go to place for several hundred windows manufactured to my requested RO size for over 20yrs. Since Fran retired they are directing me to a lumber yard instead of buying direct. Price increase of 70% in just over a year? NO Thank you!
