Nations Roof

1.5 years ago, bought a new build in Winter Haven Florida, saw the onset of a small brown stain and called our builder who had me call Nations Roof (the North Florida business unit). I could not have been more pleased with their professionalism and the speed of their response. The two service techs were very knowledgeable of the neighborhood and were able to diagnose and resolve the issue in minutes. The office staff and Service Supervisor Michelle could not have been nicer and more attentive. I strongly recommend using this company. Best part is we are in our rainy season, and we are leak free....

Stay away from this company completely for your roofing needs. First off - you will not receive customer service at all, secondly, the craftsman on tile roofs in the worst I’ve seen. They have disregard for leaking roofs - missing tiles, broken and cracked tiles. Their subs do not even complete their jobs and believe you will not even find out because who actually goes on roof? This has been a nightmare for me trying to get someone out here to fix major issues and the house is only three months old. There is cement caulking and mud spots all over the roof as well, looking like birds crapped all over it. This is just tip of the iceberg and I’m now hiring an engineer professional to tell me the real damages. Please stay away as this company is rude and will not honor their work contractual

outstanding, honest. There are so many vultures on the island post hurricane and Nations Roof is setting the bar on how things should be done. I was told my roof needed to be replaced; nations roof assessed and determined it could be repaired. They even found the discontinued tile for my roof, amazing. Easy to work with, honest, sincere. DO not look anywhere else!

One of your employees driving truck #4 nearly ran me off the road while entering 408 on south st today around 12:00 PM. He sped through the coin lane going nearly 50 mph with no regard for the other two cars ahead of him.
