Nationwide Pools

You may have noticed that I have previously given a review of Nationwide. I provided this review on day one of the pool dig. Up to this point, I guess you could call it the ‘sales pitch’ things were going well. Then like many of the other reviews I have subsequently read, things starting going downhill. The worst service of all came following the last payment (surprise surprise). We were promised a ‘pool school’ on completion of the pool, this is so we would know how the pumps etc work. The pool has now been completed for about 4 months and we are yet to have our ‘pool school’ despite many calls and messages trying to schedule this, and promises that someone would contact us. From the beginning i found Nationwide Pools to be professional, ,exceptionally thorough with construction.They listened to me and when i saw my design it was as if the designer could see through my eyes. My pool will be done this weekend and im so excited. They cleaned up consistently and my family and i enjoyed the entire process. My consultant was always available . I felt like i was a part of the nationwide family. i even had a personal construction manager..what a great guy. I would highly reccomend this company to anyone . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SORRY CHECK BBB 42 COMPLAINTS We signed a contract in April of 2011 to have pool built it is March 29,2013 and still they have failed to complete this project! Keith is a LIAR!!!! This company has failed to complete this project they take our checks and then disappear for months at a time. The pool was defective they had to modify the pool columns because they were not symmetrical. They left filth and trash every where Never showed up when promised Bait and swtiched the equipment Made our pool 6 inches wrong on the pillars off center to the middle and had to demolish part of our pool and redo it. As of Friday March 29,2013 They now are trying to extort more money from us to complete the diamond bright because they took so long they lost money. Keith the

We had our pool put in by nationwide. I did my homework upfront and they seemed at the time to have the best quality. Well, the original time frame was to be three months, it ended up over 7 months. The next issue was they left a big mess in our yard and the guy who came to do the final sign off was embarrassed and actually had to hall all the garbage away, the yard was still a mess. The broke two side walk sections and did nothing. They also when putting in the deck banged up our house and many places and all they did was patch it. I had to do all the painting and cleaning. The pool since has had to have two pool motors replanced and it needs it again, thus the pump is a problem but they never fixed the real issue.
