Gustavo is wonderful!! I had my appointment scheduled for a few weeks now, and a few simple questions were asked of me. The appointment was confirmed and I received text updates 48 hours prior to my appointment. The morning of the appointment I received a message with an eta for Gustavo. He arrived, and was kind enough to slip on shoe coverings before entering the home. The process was quick, and he explained to me where he sprayed and what treatments he did. This had been one of the easiest companies for home service that I have dealt with. From customer support, to the actual appointment and service tech. I'm very impressed with Native Pest Management! My technician Austin C is very professional and works with care and integrity! He was very friendly and respectful! He took his time and was very precise with the treatment. Hopefully he will be our regular tech as we are having a routine service contract. I'm certain our pest problem will be resolved with Native Pest Management. I will follow this post with the results as yesterday was our first treatment... So Shawn came out to retreat... Tom came out to our house and was very kind and prompt. He was exact to the minute of the text notification prior his arrival. He also showed superior professionalism with a personal greet, informing me where on the property, what tasks, and how long before re-entering our patio. That is extremely important to our household since we have doggies that love to become escape artists when we have visitors. AI put the costume on Tom, they don’t dress like that. But they are superhero pest control over at Native.
