We have had Naturalawn for a number of years. This week Loren applied our spring treatment. He was meticulous, hand seeding our bare patches and individually spraying the weeds. Our grass looks great. Loren was very informative about what’s best for our lawn. The product is great and Loren went the extra mile and spent time getting it done correctly.

My lawn has come alive and much more healthy. I appreciate the written assessment each time they come. We have received multiple recommendations as well. We are very pleased with our service

Awful company. Gave them another year to try to do what they claim they will do. Please save your money. Grubbs have destroyed my backyard 2 years in a row ( see photos). The man who applies the treatments, never gets off the machine to examine the turf, so there is no overview of how your lawn is doing (or not). I gave them more chances than they deserved. I am done!!

This is our second year with NLA-Chester - beyond disappointing. Our lawn is a mess with weeds and their machines have left huge bare patches and divots where they tore through what was growing. Long history of mis-communications, mis-information and "missing" notes from our service records. The list of excuses is extraordinary and the latest is that they didn't treat the stilt grass because it was our responsibility to ask them to do this - even though we asked on multiple occasions. I realize our lawn is challenging which is why we kept trying to work with NLA-Chester. We didn't expect miracles and any improvement for all the money we've spent would have been acceptable. So far - all we've gotten is lame excuses and an even crappier lawn. Total waste of money, time and thoroughly sick
