We had Natural Lawns of America come out this year for the first time to spray - with natural products - to keep fleas and ticks down. They were great to work with, polite, and on time. Great customer service and they kept the gates locked. I highly recommend.

The staff at Natural Lawn are friendly and available. I'm always notified when the tech is due to come out, and if the weather isn't optimal, the service gets rescheduled. I specifically wanted their service to tone down the weeds in my lawn, but I did not want toxic chemicals -- so a win-win. They also offer seeding and aeration, and other services.

For years we used Scotts and Trugreen for our lawn but were never satisfied. Too many patches of brown weed continued to grow. When I learned of NaturaLawn of America, probably online, I was persuaded by their use of natural products and refusal to use common herbicides to give them a try. I've hired them now for many years because when I gave them a try for the first time my lawns came up green with little or no brown weed. Their tefhnicians are highly skilled professionals who have never disappointed me. The lawns are still green, even afte very dry hot summers..

We have an annual Maintenance plan with Naturalawn, which covers lawn treatment with fertilizer, seeding, and weed and pest control several times per year. As a result, we always have one of the best looking lawns in our neighborhood. Our price has been reasonable, and we have been loyal customers for a number of years.

We have been Naturalawn Damascus customers since 2020. My Husband noticed more nutsedge and Bermuda grass the last few years. We had to supplement the service to keep it under control. We stuck with Naturalawn since we know it takes time to correct these issues. The last straw was these past few weeks. I got a call a couple of weeks ago saying that the final service would be done the following day. No one came out so I called and left a voicemail. I never got a call back, but a couple of weeks later I got a call as if nothing happened saying the final service would be completed the next day (which was a Saturday).
