I was not going to leave a review but after canceling my service, I’ve received several emails from the company asking me to do so. I was a prepaid customer for two years. Weed control was ineffective—the technician I spoke to made it clear that the weeds I have the most trouble with are not weeds the company will treat. The seeding this year was done sloppily—lots of seed in the mulch beds (where I didn’t want seed) but not in the spots where seed needed to be. A large section of the yard was not seeded at all, and when I reported this oversight, I received no response. When I called to cancel, to my amazement, I was asked if there was a reason for my cancellation—as if I hadn’t already reported these problems.

We started getting the quarterly (?) Fertilizer and weed control. Then the fall aeration and seeding. Same for the following year but the seeding/aeration went WAY up in cost. We'll continue the fertilizer/weed control but not the seeding.

Awesome service! Services performed were everything as promised. Lawn was restored to its previous glory.

Brandon the branch coordinator is very professional and a pleasure to speak with. Explained everything about the services naturalawn offers and the benefits without all the toxic chemicals other companies use. A+ work
