Naturally Aged Flooring

After a lengthy look around at may different flooring options, colors, styles, etc. I chose Winchester by Naturally Aged Flooring. It took approximately 2 months to arrive which was fine because it wasn't needed right away as we were in the midst of moving. After unboxing some planks I was really confused because the flooring did not look like the sample or like the one photo they had on their website. So, we decided to lay some out on the floor and see how it looked. After coming home to check it out, I was really disappointed with how it looked in our space. The flooring I thought I was ordering was a warmer, lighter toned plank and this flooring included a cool grey tone plank that was not included in the sample, or the website photos. I contacted the local business that I purchased it

The product is not good. We experienced peeling of the surface, mainly in the kitchen but also on the stairs, in the bathroom and even under one of our beds. They sent an inspector who did not perform any hatch tests, but said it was due to misuse and too much moisture. Under a bed??? Also, if it is rated for kitchens and bathrooms, should it not also be rated for moisture? We hired our own inspector that did a hatch test in a protected area that demonstrated very poor adhesion. Naturally Aged Flooring sent back their inspector and agreed that they would send us enough boards to replace the defective boards, but no allowance for removal or installation of the defective boards. Plus, quite frankly, the entire floor was defective. We were only seeing the early signs in the areas t

less than stellar customer support. first answer when asked about something is "sorry, can't help". after escalating to a supervisor, it becomes "let me look into it and i will call you back."...well after a month, its safe to say they're not looking into it. horrible.

Terrible customer service. Not a good company overall.
