Nature Stone

We just had nature stone put in flooring for our new roofing showroom in downtown Plymouth. We wanted something unique and durable and this sure is it. The floor is beautiful and we’ve already gotten so many compliments on it. Also, the guys are great. Got the floor done in one day! We did have a mishap, but the way it was handled would make me recommend them over and over again. Tyler is awesome and goes above and beyond. Great customer service. 10/10 from us!

SUPER DISAPPOINTED! Absolutely outrageous. We were scheduled to have our garage floor installed next Monday. We work with our employers to schedule that day off. This week on Wednesday, they called and told us they need move our install to be 3 days earlier on Friday. So we rearranged everything in our lives to make it happen — spent hours clearing out the garage, hauling everything into our driveway and deck and tarped it all to protect it from the humidity. We even got a confirmation call YESTERDAY saying we were good to go. Then, today — ONE HOUR before the crew was supposed to arrive — we get a call saying they’re not coming. No apology. No real explanation. Just “Sorry, can’t make it. Maybe in 8 days.” We called customer service to get an answer and they could not help but offered t

We met with Nick on 06/30 to get price on covering our cement patio, about 200 sq ft. Agreed on a price with the install date of 07/14. Installer showed up on time, worked his tail off. The results are...beautiful.
