Kevin and Nick are excellent and detail-oriented technicians. Both are great at educating the homeowner about when pests are most active during the year. I really appreciate that Nature’s Way uses organic products and not toxic chemicals inside our house. The price is reasonable for monthly service. It’s been a worthwhile investment.

From the moment we called this company for our needs we knew we were in great hands! Austin was our technician and he did an outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable and was great at answering all of our questions, and he did thorough work. Austin was also a pleasure to speak to throughout the process and we really enjoyed our experience with him at the helm. I would highly recommend him as well as this company for your pest needs to be taken care of safely.

Jake is very good to work with but ill be honest I'm a little concerned about the treatment service. When I came home I did not see any residue from any products used. I know that there was only 2 visible bugs and the tech did say that he didn't see anything of any concern but I was thinkingbthat I would see product in the home and powder in outlets.

Kevin is an excellent and detail-oriented technician. He explains the behavior and life cycles of pests (various bugs, mice) and what he’s spraying for or setting bait stations for on a given day. He also let me know that it’s a good idea to spray for Fall invaders (insects that attempt to enter the house en masse in Fall) when the temperature is around 50 deg Fahrenheit. He checks areas that others don’t, eg he looked for activity and possible entry into the basement from the garage. He said if one were only going to get pest control services for one month of the year, it should be March, to prepare for Spring pest activity. I’m really pleased with Nature’s Way Pest Control. Excellent, trustworthy service. We had a yellow jacket nest explode into a bedroom. It wasn't visible from the outside or the attic so we didn't even know it was there until it broke through. Nathan came right over took care of the issue. He even stayed to ensure the nest was quiet after the treatment and we were comfortable. His expert knowledge and ability to get in and get the job done was very reassuring. We are grateful and are switching from our previous pest control.
